1. Services

Services (aquarium design, setup, maintenance, repair, rentals) are performed at the client's premises anywhere in Lithuania. The exact time and location are agreed when ordering, by email or phone.

2. Goods delivery

• The online shop is being prepared — final delivery terms will be published on this page before the shop opens.
• We plan to deliver anywhere in Lithuania via courier services within 2–4 business days of receiving payment.
• Delivery prices will be shown for each product; delivery in Lithuania is free from 69 EUR.
• Until the shop opens, goods can be ordered by email at viktoras.pel@gmail.com or by phone at +370 621 17712 — delivery price and timing are agreed individually.

3. Local pickup

Goods can be collected free of charge in Vilnius (Jakstonių g. 11) after arranging a pickup time in advance.

4. Missed deadlines and failed delivery

If you did not receive the goods within the stated deadline or the courier could not deliver them, contact us — we will check the delivery status and, if needed, change the delivery method or refund the payment.
